Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation:

All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.

Guests must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including the number of guests and any special requirements.

A valid credit card is required to secure the booking. Payment will be taken at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the policy.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date are subject to no charge.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is between 16:00- 24:00 . Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Check-out time before 10:00. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Payment:

Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or other payment methods accepted by the rental property.

All additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., minibar, telephone, damages) must be settled upon before check-out.

5. Occupancy:

The maximum occupancy for each room is stated at the time of booking and must not be exceeded. No more than two adult guests and an infant.

Children under a year are welcome without charge, but please be aware that our property has risks for children who can walk (pond, live animals, etc), so please contact us to discuss bringing young babies who are able to walk.

Additional charges may apply for extra beds or cribs.

6. House Rules:

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the premises of the rental property.

Pets are not permitted.

Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests and neighbours.

The rental property reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone who violates these rules or engages in disruptive behaviour.

7. Liability:

The rental property is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the rental property.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The rental property reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be effective upon posting on the rental property's website or upon notification to guests.
